Located on the second floor of the main house, Queen Quarters is a bright, romantic room with views to the west and south. The room features an opulent antique brass Queen bed, period wallpaper and lighting, heated oak floors, wainscoting, 3 large, sound-proofed, velvet-curtained windows, and a spacious walk-in closet.
Access to the claw-footed tub/shower-combo bathroom is adjacent, in the hallway. Bathrobes are provided.
Main house charm, chic affordability, and the optional pairing with the Twins’ Chamber distinguish this room.
– The upstairs hallway houses a stylish kitchenette for guest use, featuring a mini-fridge, microwave, toaster, dishes and utensils, tea and coffee supplies, and reverse-osmosis drinking water.
-Morning coffee at the café is included with your stay.
– Access to the Tree House Deck is included. This sunny, 2nd-story lounging spot overlooks the back yard and tree tops to the east.
– Set to a communally-comfortable, seasonally-appropriate temperatures, our upstairs (3) rooms have radiant heat in the flooring and walls, and an upstairs central air-conditioning system. Tower heater/oscillating fan units are also provided in each room to assist in individualizing the temperature to your comfort.
– This room must be accessed by climbing a set of stairs. Shower/tub combo is also a large step-up.
– Sweet smells and happy sounds included ~ Like a traditional village pub, inn, or saloon of days-past, this room is located above an active café, open between the hours of 8 AM and 3 PM, with occasional evening events. A white noise machine is provided for your sleeping comfort.
