The Dining Room
232 sq ft • Up to 12 guests
The Dining Room is our only private, indoor meeting space. The cozy room is adorned in period wallpaper, antique light fixtures, stained glass doors, and velvet curtains. Sit with your team, family, or friends around the carved oak table, under the crystal and brass drop chandelier.
This is a delightful location for intimate tea parties. We host both adult tea parties, and we offer a fully-inclusive children’s birthday tea party package. Please inquire.
If you would like to hold a meeting or small private gathering in The Dining Room during café or drinkery hours, this space may be reserved starting at $25 per hour.
Reservations outside of café or drinkery hours are completed through the standard event booking process.
The entire bottom floor of the house may also be rented.
The Pavilion
This chandelier-lit outdoor covering seats 18 at an 18-foot long redwood, banquet-style dining table with an assortment of antique dining chairs. Additional long tables and chairs can be added, expanding seating to approximately 20–30 guests depending on layout. Spill-out into the yard is also a lovely option.
Daytime 3-hour window during café business hours: $350.
Beverage packages and catered food offerings are available.

The Event Tent
Adjacent to the Pavilion, a premium 20’ x 30’ white pole event tent with window side walls may be added. Depending on your layout, the tent can host up to 60 guests. Spill-out into the yard and Pavilion is recommended for an optimal garden atmosphere.
Add-On Tent Option:
An additional matching 20’ x 20’ tent can be added to expand the layout.
Tree House Deck
384 sq ft / 1–14 Guests
Nestled into a towering Cottonwood tree, this second-story deck overlooks the eastern grounds. It is a private and sunny space ideal for intimate gatherings.
Rate: mid-day 3-hour window — $350
Garden
For a casual gathering under the trees, select any area of the grounds and we will arrange outdoor furniture to suit your group’s needs.
